Description

The objectives of Dr. Domsic’s presentation are to: create a differential for patients presenting with acute or chronic digital color changes using key components of the presentation and natural history; develop a targeted diagnostic approach for evaluating these color changes and making appropriate referrals if needed; understand the pathophysiology of Raynaud phenomenon (both primary and connective tissue disease-related); and review management strategies for critical digital ischemia, Raynaud phenomenon, digital ulcers, erythromelalgia and acrocyanosis.
