Description

This hands-on workshop introduces popular genome browsers used to see an organism’s complete genome. These browsers serve as valuable tools for the identification and localization of genes that contribute to disease states. Genome browsers to be covered include: NCBI Map Viewer, Ensembl, UCSC Genome Browser, and GBrowse.
