Description

The attendee will be able to:

1. Describe the results of the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) and DPP Outcomes Study as related to diabetes risk reduction.

2. Outline examples of translation of the DPP lifestyle intervention in the community setting.

3. Explain the current standards for diabetes prevention intervention in the community.
