Description

After completing this educational activity, the participant should be able to: become familiar with the natural history of cirrhosis of the liver; identify and manage various complications of cirrhosis of the liver – portal hypertension, ascites, spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatocellular carcinoma; identify the specific event indicators leading to liver transplantation.
